Make your fresh handmade pasta look extra special with this beechwood corzetti stamp.
Corzetti are thin, round disc like pieces of pasta that originate from the north west of Italy. Thin discs are cut from a sheet of pasta and stamped with a design to leave an embossed image. These are then cooked and dressed with sauce.
Directions:
- Roll out your sheet of fresh pasta.
- Using a cookie cutter with a diameter of 5-6cm, cut out circles.
- Place each disc of pasta between the patterned surfaces of the corzetti stamp and push down firmly.
- Remove the imprinted corzetti pasta from the mould and it is now ready for cooking.
